“It is one thing to photograph people. It is another to make others care about them by revealing the core of their humanness.”  This quote by Paul Strand, gets to the very heart of what photography means to me. My deepest passion is for capturing those magical moments that will not and cannot ever be again. Telling people’s stories and conveying the emotion that exists in every human interaction is what I live for.

After I received my BFA in Photography from SFSU, I then went on to study photojournalism and visual storytelling under world renowned photographers at the Maine Media Workshops. Beyond learning the creative concepts of composition and use of light, I learned how to see. I am constantly striving to see the world in new ways and create images that feel fresh. My photographic style could be described as whimsical and candid. I want to tell the story of your special day.
