The Process
01.
Before the shoot
-To book, send an email and I will send a booking link so you can secure your date with a 50% non-refundable deposit.
-Once paid, a preparation and style guide will be sent
-2 weeks before the shoot a link will be sent to pay the remainder of the session fee (excluding weddings/elopements).
02.
During the shoot
I will gently guide you if needed, but I will capture your life as it naturally unfolds. If you would like I can play music, I find this helps create a lovely atmosphere and for you to relax. Together, we will capture something beautiful.
03.
After the shoot
-Sneak-peak photos will be sent the day after
-Photos will be delivered in high quality, and a mix edited in colour and black & white
-Photos will be available within two weeks after the shoot from a password-protected online gallery. Which you are able to download and share with friends and family.
FAQ
When is best to do a maternity session?
The best time to plan your shoot is when you are between 30-36 week pregnant.
How should we dress for our family session?
A style guide with all you need to know will be sent to you once a session is booked
What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?
Whenever you feel ready, we can arrange the exact date and time. Ideally around 5-10 days old, but each stage is worth capturing.
Can we have the RAW images?
No, I don't. Editing the images is half the process of the final result I deliver.
Can you photoshop us to look skinnier/have clear skin etc?
I don't change your appearance, I focus on making you feel beautiful and confident in your body rather than creating something different to how your body is. I can clear up skin and remove any distractions if wanted
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
If you have already paid the non-refundable deposit to secure your date and now need to reschedule, a new deposit will need to be made to secure a different date. If you have to cancel without rescheduling, sure that's fine but keep in mind the deposit that you paid to book was non-refundable.
